Whether you have a garden or buy your produce, you can plan and prepare for access to local food in the fall and winter. Come together to share what you know, as we learn from each other about the various forms of preserving & storing food.
Learn about hunting wild mushrooms. We will meet at Joy for three weeks to get the basics. Our final week will be at Dave’s home for hands on learning.
